Yard Restoration

A one-off deep clean for a neglected yard, a move-in, a move-out, a party, or an inspection. $100 an hour with a $50 minimum — most yards take less than an hour, and we quote you before we touch anything.

Listings, tenant turnover and move-outs, plus apartments, HOAs, shared greenspace and other commercial properties.
Custom quote for 5 or more dogs, large yards (more than 1/4 acre), overgrown yards, complex properties, and dogs needing special handling — or if you want twice-weekly service. Contact us for a quote.
Refer a friend, get $25. Once someone you referred has paid for and completed two months of service, we credit $25 to your account. The credit applies to future service and has no cash value.

Do you remove the waste from the property?
Yes. We bag and remove the waste, so you do not have to handle disposal afterward.
Do I need to be home during service?
Usually not. If we can safely access the yard, we can complete service while you are away.
What if my dog is in the yard?
Friendly dogs are often fine. If your dog has special behavior, gate rules, or access needs, let us know and we will work with you.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on dog count, yard size, service frequency, and the overall condition of the property when service begins.
How do I sign up?
Request a quote below. We confirm your yard and price, then email you a sign-up link with your plan already filled in. You review the service agreement and pay your first month. We then confirm your service schedule with you.
When am I billed?
On the day you sign up, then on that same date every month. The price is flat, so a month with an extra week simply gets a bonus pickup.
Is the first pickup really free?
Yes. Your first pickup on a new plan is on us, on top of the month you paid for — or, if the yard needs it, 15 minutes of restoration work instead. Cancel after that first visit and we refund your whole payment.
Is there an initial cleanup fee?
Not if no more than 2 weeks of waste has built up. Past that, an initial cleanup is $100 an hour with a $50 minimum — usually well under an hour. Our technician may decide this when they first see the yard.
Can I start with a one-time cleanup?
Absolutely. Many customers begin with a Yard Restoration and then switch to recurring service if it is a good fit.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Give us at least 24 hours’ notice before a visit, and we refund whatever is left of the month you paid for.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will come back and make it right.
What happens in bad weather?
If we have to cancel for weather or a problem we could not foresee, we reschedule the visit — and if we cannot, we credit it to your account.
What if you cannot get into the yard?
A locked gate, an aggressive dog, or anything else that stops us servicing the yard on a scheduled visit is still charged as a visit. Keep your gate and access notes up to date in your account.
Will you let me know when you are coming?
Yes. We send a reminder by email or text the day before each visit and a note as soon as the yard is done. You can turn either off in your account.
Do you work with rentals, HOAs, and shared spaces?
Yes. We offer service for rentals, apartment properties, HOAs, breeders, and other shared or commercial outdoor spaces.
What is the Poopstakes?
From November through January we draw ten winners a month. A prize is two weeks of free weekly cleanup, or 30 minutes of cleanup for a yard restoration. Each household and each customer can win once. Entries from September onward count toward November; non-winners stay entered for December and January. Enter on the Poopstakes page, or tick the box on the quote form.
